Installation Procedure

  1. Install Engine Mount (4)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install and tighten Engine Mount Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  3. Install NEW Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (2, 3)
  4. Tighten Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (2)
    1. First Pass: 35 N.m (26 lb ft)
  5. Tighten Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (3)
    1. First Pass: 35 N.m (26 lb ft)
  6. Tighten Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (2, 3)
    1. Second Pass: 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass: 60 - 75 degrees - EN-45059  Angle Meter

  7. Install Engine Mount Brace (2)
  8. Install and tighten Engine Mount Brace Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. Remove Engine Support Fixture. Refer to Engine Support Fixture 
  10. Install Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
  11. Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
