Conditions for Setting the DTC

P2006 

The ECM detects that the intake manifold runner control valve is stuck closed for greater than 25 ms

P200A Condition 1 

The ECM detects that the runner control valve position is not within 80 - 93% when commanded closed, or the time to achieve the desired position is greater than 5 s.

Condition 2 

The ECM detects that the runner control valve position is not within 25 - 40% when commanded open, or the time to achieve the desired position is greater than 5 s.

Condition 3 

The ECM detects that the total time for the intake manifold runner control valve to open and close is greater than 10 s.
