- The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
- The barometric pressure is greater than 69.6 kPa (10.1 psi).
- The outside air temperature is warmer than -7°C (19.4°F).
- The engine speed is between 750-2, 400 RPM.
The DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
