Component Testing

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the Q61 Reductant Injector.
  2. Test for 10 - 14 Ω between the reductant injector high control circuit terminal 1 and the reductant dosing valve low control circuit terminal 2.
    • If not within 10 - 14 Ω 

      Replace the Q61 Reductant Injector

    • Go to next step: If within 10 - 14 Ω 
  3. Test for infinite resistance between each terminal and the sensor housing/case.
    • If less than infinite resistance 

      Replace the Q61 Reductant Injector.

    • Go to next step: If infinite resistance 
  4. All OK.
