Circuit/System Testing

- Ignition Off, disconnect the X2 harness connector at the K115 Reductant Control Module
- Verify the resistance is within the specified range between the harness connector terminals listed below:
- Terminal 15 - 16 (3.37 - 3.43 kΩ)
- Terminal 16 - 17 (7.2 - 7.34 kΩ)
- If not within the specified range
Replace the A38 Reductant Pump and Sensor Assembly.
- Go to next step: If within the specified range
- Replace the K115 Reductant Control Module.
NOTE:
The reductant tank level must be full to ensure accurate resistance readings.
