Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify the scan tool Reductant Injector Control Circuit Status parameters listed below display OK or Not Run.
    • Reductant Injector Control Circuit Open Status
    • Reductant Injector Control Circuit Low Voltage Test Status
    • If OK or Not Run is not displayed 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If OK or Not Run is displayed 
  2. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  3. Verify DTC P1048, P1049, P2047, P2048 or P2049 does not set.
    • If any of the DTCs sets 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If no DTC sets 
  4. All OK.
