Conditions for Running the DTC

Accelerator Pedal Position is less than 0.05%.
Ambient air temperature is greater than -20°C (-4°F).
Engine is running.
Engine Coolant Temperature is greater than -20°C (-4°F).
Engine speed is 546 - 1560 RPM.
Ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
No gear change has occurred.
Transmission shall be in neutral/park or in gear.
Vehicle speed is less than 3 kph (1.86 mph).

The DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met for 5 s.
