Circuit/System Description

The idle speed directly depends on the injection quantity. The monitor compares the commanded injection quantity with calculated thresholds. The commanded idle fuel needs to be between 50 percent of max and min expected fuel. The expected fuel is dependent on accessory loads, ambient temperature, BARO, engine coolant temperature and engine speed.
