Conditions for Running the DTC

P0234
- The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
- The engine is operating in Closed Loop.
- The engine speed is between 1, 600 and 1, 700 RPM
- The barometric pressure is between 70 and 110 kPa (10 and 16 PSI)
- The ambient air temperature is between -7 and 55°C (19 and 131°F).
- The engine coolant temperature is between 70 and 130°C (158 and 266°F).
- Air flow/throttle valve position is at least 85% when active or at least 75% if not active.
- The ECM is commanding a steady desired boost pressure.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for at least 1 s.
P0299
- The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
- The engine is operating in Closed Loop.
- The engine speed is between 900 and 1, 600 RPM
- The barometric pressure is between 70 and 110 kPa (10 and 16 PSI)
- The ambient air temperature is between -7 and 55°C (19 and 131°F).
- The engine coolant temperature is between 70 and 130°C (158 and 266°F).
- Air flow/throttle valve position is at least 85% when active or at least 75% if not active.
- The ECM is commanding a steady desired boost pressure.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for at least 1 s.
P2263
- The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
- The engine is operating in Closed Loop.
- The engine speed is between 560 and 3, 100 RPM
- The barometric pressure is between 70 and 110 kPa (10 and 16 PSI)
- The ambient air temperature is between -7 and 55°C (19 and 131°F).
- The engine coolant temperature is between 70 and 130°C (158 and 266°F).
- Air flow/throttle valve position is at least 85% when active or at least 75% if not active.
- The desired boost pressure is between 70 and 320 kPa (10 and 46 PSI).
- The ECM is commanding a steady desired boost pressure.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for at least 1 s.
