Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify with scan tool that no other DTCs are set.
    • Go to next step: If DTCs are not set 
  3. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC.
  4. Verify that DTC P0216 does not set.
    • If DTC P0216 is set 

      Replace the K20 Engine Control Module.

    • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set 
  5. All OK
