- Turbocharger Vane Position Command = Steady State
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met - For greater than 1 s

- DTC P003A, P00EA, P00EB, P00EC, P0117-P0119 = Not set
- Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
- Engine Coolant Temperature = Greater than -7°C (19°F)
- IAT Sensor 3 = Greater than -7°C (19°F)
- Engine Speed = Greater than 1, 500 RPM
- Turbocharger Vane Position Command = Steady State
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met - For greater than 1 s
