Front Side Door Replacement

Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Replacement .
1 Front Side Door Check Link Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Remove all of the internal components.
  2. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.

Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2 Front Side Door Hinge Bolts (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3 Front Side Door Hinge Bolts (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4 Front Side Door

Procedure

  1. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front side door.
  2. Adjust the front side door as needed. Refer to Clearance and Flushness Specifications .
5 Sealing Tape
Procedure 
Apply the sealing tape in order to cover the holes in the frame of the front side door.
