Installation Procedure

  1. GM2966467

    Install the oil level sensor gasket (1).

  2. Install the oil level sensor (3).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 3 oil level sensor bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Fill the engine with engine oil. Refer to Engine Mechanical Specifications .
  5. Install the underbody front brace. Refer to Underbody Brace Replacement - Front .
  6. Install the engine shield, if equipped. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .
