CAUTION: Refer to Underbody Brace Caution . Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . If equipped remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement . If equipped remove front compartment splash shield. Refer to Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement . If equipped remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
1	Underbody Brace Bolt (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Tighten the bolts in the correct sequence. Tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
2	Underbody Brace Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft) Procedure Tighten the bolts in the correct sequence.
