Installation Procedure

  1. GM3137466

    Install the drive belt (1).

  2. GM3137467

    Release the tension from the tensioner by rotating the upper drive belt tensioner bolt (1) counterclockwise.

    3. NOTE:

    Allow tensioner to slide back slowly.

  3. Remove EN - 6349  pin (2).
  4. Check the routing of the drive belt and make sure, that the drive belt is aligned on the shown components.
  5. Install the underbody brace - front. Refer to Underbody Brace Replacement - Front .
  6. Install the front compartment splash shield. Refer to Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement .
  7. Lower the vehicle.
