Installation Procedure

  1. GM2027611

    Install the driver or passenger seat cushion cover (1) to the pad (2), install hogrings.

  2. Install the driver or passenger seat cushion cover along with the pad to the seat frame (3).
  3. Attach the driver or passenger seat cushion cover (1) to seat frame (3) all way round.
  4. GM2027608

    Install the backrest to the driver or passenger seat.

    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Tighten the 4 driver or passenger seat back cushion frame bolts (2) to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
  6. Connect and latch the backrest wiring harness plug (1), if equipped.
  7. Attach the cushion cover to the backrest below.
  8. Attach the driver or passenger seat back cushion cover on the lower rearside of the backrest.
  9. Install the front seat cushion side finish panel. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Side Finish Panel Replacement .
  10. Install the driver or passenger seat inner recliner finish cover. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Inner Recliner Finish Cover Replacement .
