Installation Procedure

- Cell Battery Module (1) - Install
- Battery Hold Down Retainer (1) - Install
- Battery Hold Down Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
- High Voltage Battery Interface Control Module (1) - Install
- Connect the ribbon connector. (1)
- Electrical Connector - (1) Connect
- Battery Vent Tube (2) - Connect
- Retainer Clip (3) - Engage
- High Voltage Bus Bar (2) - Install
- High Voltage Bus Bar Fastener (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Perform Hybrid/EV battery cell balancing, refer to Hybrid/EV Battery Cell Balancing
- Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct - Front (2) - Install
- Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct - Rear (1) - Install
- Battery Hold Down Retainer - Right Side Panel (3) - Install Battery Hold Down Retainer Replacement (Right Side Panel)
- Battery Hold Down Retainer - Left Side Panel (3) - Install Battery Hold Down Retainer Replacement (Left Side Panel)
- Battery Cover - Front (3) - Install Battery Cover Replacement (Front Panel)
- Battery Cover - Back (2) - Install Battery Cover Replacement (Back Panel)
- High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement - Right Side (1) - Install High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement Replacement (Right Side)
- High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement - Left Side (1) - Install High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement Replacement (Left Side)
- High Voltage Battery (1) - Install High Voltage Battery Replacement and Shipping Preparation
- Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
