Installation Procedure

  1. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Blower Inlet Duct (2) - Install

  2. Drive Motor Generator Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
  3. Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket (1) - Install

  4. Connect the drive motor battery cooling blower electrical connector and attach the battery cable to the drive motor battery bracket.
  5. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Generator Battery Cooling Blower) Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank)

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  6. Install the wiring harness onto the upper drive motor battery bracket stud.
  7. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Generator Battery Cooling Blower) Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank)

  8. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray (2) - Install

  9. Clip the drive motor generator control module tray.
  10. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
  11. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Air Outlet Duct (2) - Install

  12. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Air Outlet Duct Retainer (1) - Install

  14. Raise the rear seat back cushion.
