Preliminary Procedures Remove the rear seat cushion inner trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement Remove the rear seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement Remove the rear seat riser finish cover. Refer to Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Replacement
1	Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Screw (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2 N.m (18 lb in) Procedure Release the rear seat latch to fold up the seat and gain access to the latch finish cover fastener
2	Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Procedure Remove the plastic push in retainer. Release the tab with the metal retaining clip. Remove the cushion trim panel by pulling the panel upward over the rear frame wire hooks.

Procedure
Release the rear seat latch to fold up the seat and gain access to the latch finish cover fastener
