Air Cleaner Resonator and Outlet Duct Replacement (LKW)

Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LKW) . Disconnect the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LKW) . Unclip the brake booster vacuum pipe from the duct.
1	Air Cleaner Resonator and Outlet Duct Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Air Cleaner Resonator and Outlet Duct Clamp NOTE: Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.
