Preliminary Procedures Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . Remove the front bumper fascia center support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement . Remove the hood primary and secondary latch. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement .
1	Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (Qty: 8) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Front End Upper Tie Bar Procedure Transfer parts as needed.
