Installation Procedure

  1. Install air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam (1).

    NOTE: The air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam can only be fitted in one position.
  2. Install mode control cam actuator (1) and Install mode control cam actuator screws (2) and connect electrical connector.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Tighten 

    2.5 N.m (23 lb in)

  3. Install instrument panel compartment assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
