Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Loosen the charge air cooler inlet air hose from turbocharger and hang aside. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement .
1	Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Bolt Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3	Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Gasket Procedure Remove the old turbocharger oil return pipe gasket and install a NEW turbocharger oil return pipe gasket prior installation of the pipe.
4	Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Procedure Inspect the turbocharger oil return pipe for damage or restriction. DO NOT attempt to clean or repair the pipe. Replace the pipe if it has damage or restriction.
