Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement (New Belt)  and Timing Belt Replacement (Used Belt) .
  3. Install the EN-47630  holder (1) in combination with EN-956-1  extension (2) to the crankshaft sprocket.

  4. Remove the crankshaft sprocket bolt (3) and the spacer (2).

    NOTE: The bolt has left hand thread.
  5. Remove the crankshaft sprocket (1) with the EN-47630  holder.
