Removal Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement (New Belt)  and Timing Belt Replacement (Used Belt) .
  3. Remove the camshaft sprocket bolt (2).

  4. Remove the camshaft sprocket (1).
