Installation Procedure

  1. Install the belt idler pulley (2) along with the bolt (1).

  2. Tighten the belt idler pulley bolt (1) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the generator, air conditioning compressor and power steering pump belt. Refer to Generator, Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
