Installation Procedure

  1. Install the belt idler pulley (2).

  2. Install the belt idler pulley bolt (1) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the generator, air conditioning compressor and power steering pump belt. Refer to Generator, Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
