Piston Oil Nozzle Cleaning and Inspection

- Clean the piston oil nozzle in cleaning solvent using or equivalent. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants and Sealers .WARNING: Bodily injury may occur if the cleaning solvent is inhaled or exposed to the skin.
- Dry the piston oil nozzle with compressed air.WARNING: Wear safety glasses when using compressed air in order to prevent eye injury.
- Inspect the piston oil nozzle for the following:
- For cracks or damage
- Plugged oil passages (1)
- Bent, misaligned or cracked oil nozzle tube (2)
- Bent or broken clip (3)
