Oil Pan Assemble

  1. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube (2).

  2. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube bolt (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the oil suction pipe (2).

  4. Install the 3 oil suction pipe bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  5. Install the oil level sensor (2).

  6. Install the 2 oil level sensor bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  7. Install the oil pan baffle (2).

  8. Install the 4 oil pan baffle bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  9. Install the oil drain screw gasket (2) and the oil drain screw (3) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  10. Install the oil level sensor wiring harness plug holding clip (1).
