Intake Manifold Disassemble

  1. Remove the 4 throttle body bolts (6).

  2. Remove the throttle body (1).
  3. Remove and DISCARD the seal ring (2).
  4. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor bolt (5).
  5. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor (4) from the intake manifold (3).
  6. Remove the intake manifold actuator link retainer (3)

  7. Remove the 4 intake manifold actuator bolts (4).
  8. Remove the lever actuator (1) from the intake manifold runner link (2) while removing the intake manifold actuator (6) from the intake manifold (5).
