Intake Manifold Assemble

  1. Install the lever actuator (1) to the intake manifold runner link (2) while installing the intake manifold actuator (6) to the intake manifold (5).

  2. Install the 4 intake manifold actuator bolts (4) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the intake manifold runner link retainer (3).
  4. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor (4) to the intake manifold (3).

  5. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor bolt (5).
  6. Install the throttle body (1) along with a NEW seal ring (2).
  7. Install 4 throttle body bolts (6) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
