Exhaust Manifold Removal

  1. Remove and DISCARD the 9 exhaust manifold nuts (3).

    WARNING: Refer to Protective Goggles and Glove Warning .
  2. Remove the 9 exhaust manifold heat shield spacer (4).
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold (1).
  4. Remove and DISCARD the exhaust manifold gasket (2).
