Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Installation

  1. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler (1).

  2. Install the 2 exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler nuts (2) and the 2 exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler bolts (3) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
