Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation

  1. Install the thermostat housing seal (2).

  2. Install the thermostat (1).
  3. Install the thermostat housing (3).
  4. Install the 3 thermostat housing bolts (4) and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
