Engine Block Assemble

  1. Install the coolant jacket plugs (1, 2).

  2. Lubricate the crankshaft position sensor O-ring with engine oil.

  3. Install the crankshaft position sensor (2) and bolt (1).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt (1) to 12 N.m (106 lb in), using a ribe M6 short socket.
  5. Install the piston oil nozzles (2).

  6. Install the piston oil nozzle bolts (1).
  7. Tighten the piston oil nozzle bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
