Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Verify there is NO water in the fuel.
    NOTE: If other contaminants are noticed in the fuel, a fuel system flush may be necessary.

    Refer to Water-in-Fuel Draining

    • If there is water in the fuel 

      Drain off the water completely.

    • If there is NO water in the fuel 
  2. Ignition ON.
  3. Verify the WATER IN FUEL - CONTACT SERVICE message is not displayed.
    • If the WATER IN FUEL - CONTACT SERVICE message is displayed 

      Refer to Circuit/System testing.

    • If the WATER IN FUEL - CONTACT SERVICE message is not displayed 
  4. All OK
