Circuit/System Verification

Verify that no additional DTCs are set.
- If additional DTC is set
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If additional DTC is not set
Review the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data, the Engine Speed should exceed 5400 RPM.
- If greater than 5400 RPM
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If less than 5400 RPM
Verify there is no engine damage.
- If there is engine damage
  Refer to Symptoms - Engine Mechanical .
- If there is no engine damage
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If the DTC does not set
All OK.
