Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Observe the DTC information with a scan tool. Verify no other DTCs set, except for P20EE or P2BAA.
- If other DTCs set, except for P20EE or P2BAA
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle for further diagnosis.
- If a DTC is not set, except for P20EE or P2BAA
Engine at idle.
Verify the scan tool Fuel Pressure Sensor and the Desired Fuel Rail Pressure are within 690 kPa (100 psi).
- If greater than 690 kPa (100 psi)
1. Verify that the engine is not in reduced power mode.
  - If engine is in reduced power mode, refer to Circuit/System Testing (Post Drive Mode Testing ).
  - If engine is not in reduced power mode, refer to Circuit/System Testing (Idle Mode Testing ).
- If within 690 kPa (100 psi)
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing .
- If the DTC does not set
All OK.
