1	Instrument Panel Tie Bar Fastener [6x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Nut [3x] Tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
3	Instrument Panel Tie Bar Procedure Note location and routing of the I/P wiring harness prior to removal of the I/P tie bar assembly to ensure proper reinstallation. With the aid of an assistant, remove the I/P tie bar assembly from the vehicle. If replacing the I/P tie bar assembly, transfer all necessary components.
