Installation Procedure

Install the rear parking assist sensors, if removed.

- For vehicles with factory installed rear object detection, refer to Rear Parking Assist Alarm Sensor Replacement .
- For vehicles with dealer installed genuine accessory rear object detection, refer to the accessory installation instructions.
With the aid of an assistant install the rear bumper fascia (1).
Carefully push in the retaining tabs of rear bumper fascia into the rear bumper fascia guides.
Connect any electrical connectors.
Install the rear bumper fascia lower retainers (1).

Install the rear wheelhouse liner bolts (1) and tighten with 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the tail lamps. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement .
