Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Place a drain pan under the transmission fluid cooler pipe. Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipe. Lower the rear of the transmission to gain access to the transmission fluid cooler pipe retainers. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
1	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Retainer (Qty: 2) Procedure Disconnect the quick connect fittings from the transmission fluid cooler pipe. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
2	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Procedure Inspect the transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Level Inspection . Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
