Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LS7)

Preliminary Procedure

1. Recover refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Belt Driven Compressor) .
2. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LS7) .
3. Remove the air conditioning evaporator thermal expansion valve tube from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Tube Replacement (LS7) .
4. Remove the radiator assembly. Refer to Radiator Replacement (LS7 with C42)Radiator Replacement (LS7 with C67) .
5. Remove the engine coolant fan. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement .
