Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LS7)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LFX, Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSA, LS3, LS7, L99 Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) .
  2. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir pipe. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Pipe Replacement (LS7) .
  3. Remove the right front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (ZL1)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Without ZL1, Z28)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Z28)
1 Coolant Recovery Reservoir Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
17 N.m (13 lb ft)
2 Coolant Recovery Reservoir

Procedures

  1. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSA, LS3, LS7, L99 Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) .
  2. Check the cooling system for leaks.
