Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Bolt Procedure
- Install an open-end wrench to the camshaft flats located on the intake camshaft. Then install a wrench and socket to the camshaft actuator bolt. While holding the open-face wrench steady loosen the camshaft actuator bolt.
- Remove and discard the bolt.

Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Bolt Procedure
- Install an open-end wrench to the camshaft flats located on the exhaust camshaft. Then install a wrench and socket to the camshaft actuator bolt. While holding the open-face wrench steady loosen the camshaft actuator bolt.
- Remove and discard the bolt.
