Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement

Preliminary Procedures 
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1 Front Stabilizer Shaft Clamp Nut (Qty:2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Remove the stabilizer shaft links. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement .
    2. NOTE:

    Perform this procedure with the suspension in the neutral position, with the vehicle on a level surface.

  2. Install and hand tighten the insulator clamp nuts.
    3. NOTE:

    Tighten the insulator clamp nuts from the top of the vehicle.

  3. Lower the vehicle and tighten the insulator clamp nuts.

Tighten 
43 N.m (32 lb ft)
2 Front Stabilizer Shaft Clamp
3 Front Stabilizer Shaft Insulator
