Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Supporting Engine/Transmission With Hydraulic Floor Jack

  3. Support the engine with a hydraulic floor jack. Use a piece of wood between the jack and the oil pan.

  5. Remove the engine mount to intermediate bracket bolts.
  6. Remove the engine mount to midrail nuts (4).
  7. Remove the engine mount from the engine compartment.
