Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify that no exhaust leaks are present. Refer to Exhaust Leakage .
  2. Clear the DTCs with a scan tool.
  3. Operate the vehicle within the conditions for running and setting the DTC. The DTC should not set.
  4. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
