Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement

Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the radio front side door upper speaker grille. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Upper Speaker Grille Replacement .
1 Front Side Door Inside Handle Bolt Finish Cap
Procedure 
Use a small flat bladed tool at the front edge of the cover to aid in removal.
2 Front Side Door Trim Fastener (Qty: 4)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2 N.m (18 lb in)
3 Front Side Door Pull Cup Fastener
Procedure 
Remove the front side pull cup liner to access the fastener.
Tighten 
2 N.m (18 lb in)
4 Front Side Door Trim Panel

Procedure

  1. Use a door trim tool or equivalent to aid in the removal of the door trim.
  2. Disconnect the inside handle release cable from the trim panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Transfer parts as required.
