Preliminary Procedure Open and support the hood. Remove both wiper arm assemblies. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement . Remove the hood rear weatherstrip from the air inlet grille upper panel. Refer to Hood Rear Weatherstrip Replacement . Release the passenger side windshield retainer at the windshield far enough to remove only the passenger side panel.
1	Rivet Type Retainer (Qty: 3) TIP: Use a small bladed tool in order to release the center of the rivet and pull the entire rivet from the air inlet grille upper panel.
2	Air Inlet Grille Upper Panel- Passenger Side
3	Rivet Type Retainer (Qty: 6) TIP: Release the center pin and pull the retainer from the plenum hole.
4	Air Inlet Grille Upper Panel- Driver Side TIP: Release the windshield washer nozzle hose from the integral clip on the outer side of the air inlet grille panel.
