WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the driver or passenger seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
1	Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Latch Release Handle Screw (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution . Tighten 3 N.m (26 lb in)
2	Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Latch Release Handle Clip (Qty: 2) Procedure Disengage both the cable and clips from the seat back cushion frame.
3	Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Latch Release Handle Screw (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove fasteners holding the cables to the seat back cushion frame.
4	Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Latch Release Handle Assembly Procedure Note the location and routing of the cable prior to removal in order to ensure proper reinstallation. Disconnect both ends of the cable and remove from the seat assembly.
